When to travel

Drier trails and cooler nights make this the most dependable walking period.
January - February
A shorter dry window can suit walking, with variable cloud and trail conditions.
March - May
Long rains can make paths difficult and alter the route.

Practical notes

A flexible outline
This is a suggested sequence. Exact camp locations and transfer timings are adjusted to season, availability and your preferred pace.
Getting around
Road and light-aircraft sectors can be combined. The final proposal makes every transfer and luggage allowance clear.
Before you travel
Entry and health requirements change. Confirm current advice with the relevant authorities and your medical professional.
Travelling privately
The route is planned as a private journey, so daily departure times can be discussed around your interests and energy.
